How to Smell in Pictures

An artistic collaboration with Munich-based photographer Martina Borsche, the photographic series "How to Smell in Pictures” conveys the olfactory experience of PEACE IN THE WILD fragrances through impressionistic landscape photography. 

“My motivation was to interpret visually the essence of each fragrance, creating images that captured not landscapes per se but scents as atmospheres, inviting viewers to explore their personal associations,” explains Borsche. 

During travels over six months, the photographer made works that transport the viewer into another world. Each composition is a symphony of light, color, and form, artfully arranged to evoke an atmospheric mood akin to the scent and effect it represents.
