Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship to: Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the following EU countries:  Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain.

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of being ordered.

Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

Shipping costs

Germany: Free shipping for orders of €160 or more. For orders below €160, shipping costs are calculated by weight: €3.99 (up to 1 kg) or €6.50 (larger parcels). Shipments are sent via DHL.

Switzerland: €8.00 for merchandise shipments (up to 1 kg) and €19.50 for parcels. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

Other EU countries: €5.90 for merchandise shipments (up to 1 kg) and €10.50 for larger parcels.

We use DHL Premium Shipping, which includes tracking.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available when ordering from our store: PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, credit card payments, eps bank transfers, and Shop Pay.

Returns

If you made your purchase through a retail location, then it will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned to us directly.

Should you wish to return your peace-in-the-wild.com order, please contact us at info@peace-in-the-wild.com within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the  the original condition, that you received it, undamaged, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We will only accept items, which still have the existing seal and which are not defective. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns that have been used or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.

Please note all return costs will be covered by the customer directly and not the brand. 

Once we have processed your return, we will contact you via e-mail to confirm the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

 Faulty or damaged products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
